Great question! Well, believe it or not – as a photographer, in my spare time – I LOVE taking photos! Yep – hard to believe hey! Well, not always. But a lot of the time…
This morning I’m taking 5 minutes away from my editing to clear and refresh my mind. I was watching my gorgeous little Musk Lorikeets have their morning bath together, when that urge camera – sorry – I mean “came” across me again…. I went to grab my camera with one of my super dooper fast lenses and started snapping away.
Meet Honey and Birdie – both of these gorgeous little lorikeets are rescue birds. They didn’t always love each other like this – in the beginning, Honey – the female, was quite aggressive towards Birdie. But for Birdie it was love at first sight! Thankfully, possibly due to his injured eye, he must have been very good at winking and won her over after a few weeks.
Anyway – now that I’ve had my five minutes break (taking photos of my birds, a quick edit and upload to the web), I better get back to my editing again!
